A Wonderful Mother's Day!

I had a great Mother's Day today with my sweet girl and wonderful hubby! It has actually been a great weekend. It started yesterday when daddy took Gracie Leigh to Publix. She has been so excited about Mother's Day for weeks and has been looking forward to going to the store with daddy to get food for supper and me a present!:) She wanted to pick out flowers for me, get a card and get chocolate cake mix, icing and sprinkles for cupcakes! When they got back she ran in holding the prettiest pink roses and purple flowers. She said she got me two kinds because I have two girls! (Such a sweet girl!) Daddy and G made cupcakes yesterday together and had alot of fun together! We let them cool and daddy and G iced them today along with decorating them.

This morning G wanted to wake me up...she didn't know that I had already been up, gotten a shower and blown dry my hair!:) She ran in so sweetly to wake me up and brought me my card and present. Then it was off to a wonderful morning at church where sweet babies were dedicated and all mother's were honored. We came home and G and I took a nap and then we enjoyed yummy supper that daddy cooked~ steak and shrimp!

This has been a wonderful Mother's Day and I am so blessed to have the sweetest little girl in my life. God has truly blessed our family with such a precious gift and we look forward to our second sweet girl arriving soon. I have included a few shots of my growing belly. I am 24 1/2 weeks and will be 25 weeks on Wed. Time is just flying by...I guess that is what happens when you are running after a three year old!:)Me and my sweet girl before church!
