VBS!

This week we are having Vacation Bible School at our church. My friend Amy asked me to help her out in the arts and crafts area for the one and two year old classes along with her older daughter Ali. Kids can't officially go to VBS until they complete 3K but they do have classes for the volunteer's children so that is what we did! The theme this year was Saddle Ridge Ranch! I have had fun this week helping out with the crafts. It brings me back to my teaching days!:) Gracie Leigh has been able to go this week and has enjoyed all the fun in her class too. She was in the 2K class since that is the grade she just completed. It was nice to keep an eye on her and have her come into my class! They try and inlcude the one and two year olds just like the big kids with music, crafts, story time, etc. which is really nice! Of course, with that young of a group attention spans are short and our crafts took a total of about 10 minutes. So, we had alot of free time to try and entertain. We did alot of singing songs and duck duck goose! Gracie enjoyed all of this and today she was being a total ham by being center of attention (you will see that from the pictures:)). Here are a few pictures I took when I had my camera. We all wore our t-shirts and G thought she was such a big girl because her and mommy matched!:) Enjoy! Our litte arts and crafts room!
