Weekend of Firsts!

Miss Lillie had a busy weekend! On Friday night Gracie and Daddy got out the highchair from the attic for Lillie to sit in and eat her rice cereal! She looked so big sitting in it and it made me a little sad because she is growing SO fast! She really liked sitting in it while we ate supper. She likes to be right where the action is!:) Last night daddy got out the exersaucer from the attic as well and I cleaned it all up today for Lillie! After her afternoon nap we put her in it and she seemed to really like it! Of course big sis was so excited to show her all her new toys she could play with. I think Lillie was a little overwhelmed but started to play with the toys once we kind of let her be. :) Then tonight Lillie tried her first real food of applesauce. She didn't cry or fuss but didn't exactly seem to enjoy it either. It is a strange new thing for her but I am sure she will learn to love it soon!
