18 Months!

I can't believe it but my baby is already 18 months old!! Time is flying by! She is such a joy to our family and everyday is an adventure! She is getting into EVERYTHING and wants to be just like her big sister, GiGi as she calls her!:) The other night daddy was out of town and we were face timing with him on the phone! I heard G in the playroom and a big thud (she had jumped off the small table in there...which she is not suppose to do by the way!! She is taking tumble at dance and our house has turned into a tumble studio!:)) So, I told her not to do it and then I saw Lillie run into the playroom. She had been watching G from the den. Next thing I hear is G yelling "Lillie's on the table!" I go in to find her not only standing on the table but doing spins! Ahhhhhhh....our days are never boring!:) Daddy got to see her and I had to hide my laughter and get on to her for standing on the table!:) She loves her sissy and wants to be just like her! It is precious to watch! Lillie also loves to give hugs and kisses and it's so sweet to watch the girls give each other hugs and kisses now!

She also loves to give hugs to her stuffed animals!:) Our sweetie is not as talkative as her big sis but who can blame her when she probably feels she can't get a word in edge wise!:) She knows what she wants when she wants it though and understands everything we ask her to do! She loves to "Moo" like a cow, say "uh oh" and has recently started saying GiGi! She has been saying Mama, dada, ball and cookie for awhile. She has been saying "go" and pointing to the door recently and trys to repeat other words we say...when she's in the mood!:)

We went for her 18 month check up yesterday! I feel so bad for her when we go because the poor thing doesn't know what's happening! She screamed when I had to put her on the scale! She was a healthy 23.1 pds though and in the 57%! This munchkin LOVES to eat! I hope this continues and she's not as picky as her big sis! She is 32 1/2 in. long and in the 73%. She had to get three shots and she DID NOT LIKE THAT either! It went fast though and she was a trooper!

She also enjoyed climbing up and down these steps at the dr. office. These little steps lead up to the table for kids to get up on! If you can guess...big sis showed her these a few weeks ago when we were in for a sick visit! She remembered and did this the whole time while waiting on the dr.! We are so thankful for you Lillie and the healthy and beautiful baby girl you are!
