Pumpkin Carving!

This past Sunday we (I really mean daddy;)) carved our pumpkin! This is a tradition that started even before we had kids. When I taught school Craig would come every year and carve a pumpkin for the kids in my classroom. He's gotten great at it and likes to try new things. Unfortunately this year we kind of forgot about it until G asked on the way to church on Sunday when we were going to carve our pumpkin...oops we had forgotten! So, with not much time daddy kept it simple! G even drew him a picture of what she wanted it to look like but then changed her mind at the last minute...girls-ha! Here are some pictures from our afternoon!

Daddy hard at work!

G and L hard at work too!;)

It's a job "carving" a pumpkin!

Gotta get some dancing in!;)

G's picture of how she wanted our pumpkin to look!

The behind the scenes...sweet daddy did all the work...

...but the girls loved the finished product!

Putting our first light in it!

Sweet girls!

Random but Lillie was awfully quiet in the den one night and here's why...she found a roll of tape and had a good ol time!;)
