Visit Back Home!!

This past weekend Gracie and I went home for a visit!! It was so good to be back in Valdosta. We had a jam packed couple of days with lots of fun things thrown in. We went to my friend Carolyn's house on Friday for lunch and had a "suprise" b-day party for Gracie's little friend Sydney! The kiddos had so much fun together and it was great to get together with my mommy friends. We spent time with my family that night for supper and then headed to a princess party on Sat. for Gracie's little friend Kate. Then it was time to come back "home"! There were some friends we didn't get to see and we hope to see them on our next trip!! Here are some pictures from our weekend!! We hope to get back real soon!

As you can tell my child does not get cake very often at all so she probably thought "I better eat this fast before mommy takes it away from me!:))

The kids took turns pulling strings out of the pinata. Here is Gracie taking her turn. The lady had to help her get started but then she pulled it off. It didn't break with her pull but she loved just having the string. Isn't it funny how the small things in life get children excited!:)

Gracie was so excited to get a piece of candy that she left the kids to come show me. I told her to go back and get more but she only got about three pieces. The other kids beat her to it! Again-Gracie has never had candy so she thinks candy is her medicine that she gets when she is sick!:) Daddy was appreciative of the three pieces that we brought home to him!:)
