Well, today I left my 20's behind for the Big 3-0!:) Gracie asked me this morning how old I was. When I told her 30 she said, "Mommy, are you sure?" She sure does know how to make her mommy feel good! It has been a wonderful day and I wanted to thank all my family and wonderful friends for the sweet calls, texts and e-mails! I tell you I was busy on my new phone today that I got from G and daddy!:) Daddy had to work and was in meetings all day but Gracie made me feel so special throughout the day. It is amazing how being with a 3 year old is so rewarding! She insisted we wear our birthday hats for breakfast, lunch and cake after supper. She also sang happy birthday to me at each meal!:) Daddy took us both out tonight for supper and then he took G to Publix to let her pick out a balloon, card and cake for me. She insisted we have all the party essentials and they even came home with party horns! I guess I have raised her right~ HA HA! (Neither one of us really thought we would be celebrating my birthday~really. We thought we would either be in the hospital having Lillie or home with her and there wouldn't be much time for partying!:)). But, they both made me feel so special and I am so blessed to have a wonderful hubby and sweet daughter! All we need is baby #2 to make her arrival soon! :)

I agree with that post! I looked at your picture and I said to myself "did I look that good when I turned 30?" You do your beautiful and I am glad Lillie waited until after your birthday to come! Now we can focus on her birth any day! See you soon!
Hey Meredith! The bday message on facebook yesterday was from Ryan too, we were on the phone when I wrote it but I forgot to specify! If you keep seeing a bunch of a Arlington, VA's on the feed tracker on your blog it is because we keep checking for Lillie updates--even though I know Mr. & Mrs. B will let us know when things get exciting! :) We are thinking about you all this week! We hope to meet her in December.
