First Day of 3K!

Gracie Leigh had her first day of 3K this morning! She has been SO excited to start back school and I have been praying that Lillie would wait and make her arrival after G's first day...and we made it through~ YAY!:) Daddy and I went last Thursday night to meet her teachers and to orientation. They didn't let kids come so today was her first day seeing her classroom and meeting her teacher. We talked it up over the weekend and her teacher even sent home the cutest ladybug cookie last Thursday. She is in the Lively Ladybug class this year! It got her excited and of course she enjoyed eating it all!:) We got her up early this morning, got her dressed in her new little school dress, took pictures and were off. Daddy was able to come with us which was nice. Earlier this month we went and picked out some apple soap I found on sale to give to her teachers. From the time we left the house she wouldn't let go of them and as soon as we got to her class she walked up to her teacher and gave it to her. She was not scared at all. We walked her around her class and showed her all the ladybug things and then she was off to play. I am thankful that my baby girl is not shy and I don't have to worry about her being upset. She did great! She is just growing up to quickly!!:) Here are a few (or alot:)) of pictures from this morning!
Her Ladybug cookie from her teacher!
So excited when she woke up the next morning and saw it. She asked me to take this picture!:)

Being silly!
This is how we left her...happy as can be playing with some toys!:)
I am 38 weeks and will be 39 on Wed. We are on the countdown now until baby Lillie arrives! We are excited and a little anxious too! G keeps asking when she will be here and I think daddy is ready too! He asked me today if I was ready to ride on some bumpy roads or eat spicy food tonight~ HA HA! I am getting ready but of course I have my up and down moments of excitement, nervousness and anxiety of the unknown! I think I have cleaned the house 50 times over and washed more clothes than I know what to do with! I have made daddy a "To Do" list and poor thing has done everything on it and I keep adding more. He is a trouper though and so sweet about everything! We will keep everyone posted when she decides to make her debut!:)

I am so glad you had so much fun today at school. Gingy told me all about your day. I really liked the dress that you wore today for the Big Day. You are growing up so quick and I Love You More and More each and every day.

Thanks you for all the pictures of our extraordinary Gracie!!! She looks so happy to be at school! I pray that never changes! I agree with Poppop you looked very pretty! And tell Mommy if she wants some bumpy roads she can come take a ride on the Jeep trail in Big Canoe! I think that would do it for her! For look forward to seeing you and Lillie! Gingy

Gracie looks as adorable as ever! Praying for an easy delivery for you and an easy transition from a family of 3 to 4.

I suggest going to Home Depot and getting mulch. You will certainly get weird looks and it started my labor. However it lasted 21 hours....you might just not want to listen to that advice=)

Can't wait to see Lillie!
