Our Elf...

Cookie made his visit back to our house for the Christmas season this year! Gracie was so excited to have him come back! This is his third year! She has been asking about him and knew he was coming on Dec. 1st! Apparently "elves" have been a topic of conversation with her little friends because she tells us what other elves have been up to at her friends houses!:) She loves to wake up each morning and find him and Lillie gets excited too! She doesn't understand but I think she just sees Gracie so excited and she loves that! So far he has been a good little elf and hasn't gotten into too much mischief but the month has just begun!:) Here are a few pictures of G finding him the first morning!

Cookie came a brought a few surprises for the girls!

Dear Gracie and Lillie~ I've arrived at your house for some more holiday fun and to remind you again of the birth of God's SON! I'm a curious little elf, and I "get into stuff" in spite of myself! So, I'm sure that there will be new hiding spaces and y'all can find me in all of those places! This Christmas let's focus on the greatest gift of all, The one that was given in the manger stall. And even while we play our hide and seek game we'll all know that we feel the same. Then YOU can tell others the REAL Christmas story! You can let your light shine and give GOD all the Glory! It's all done in fun and Gracie just enjoys playing "hide and seek" with him as she calls it! He was hiding with some of her Christmas puppets the first morning in their playroom! I will try and update on what kind of fun Cookie has at our house this Christmas!:)
