Halloween Fun!

We had so much fun this year on Halloween with Gracie Leigh! We almost thought she wouldn't be able to trick or treat because the night before she was running a fever but luckily it broke at midnight and she didn't have another one that day so we let her. We started out by having our friends, Melissa and Geary over for the GA/FL game. (Sad day for the dawgs but still lots of fun!). Melissa and I took Gracie to our Fall Festival at church while the guys stayed back to finish the game! I have never seen so many people as I did at our Fall Festival! It was crazy but fun! They were so well organized (despite the rain moving everything inside). Gracie had fun playing all the little games but wasn't into all the blow up bounce houses or slides. She collected lots of candy and enjoyed herself. After that we met up with the guys and headed to Mel and Geary's neighborhood for some trick-or-treating. G really got into that. She loved going up to the door and saying "trick-or-treat" and as soon as she got candy in her bag she was off to the next house. The last house we went to she was all excited but it took the people a minute to get to the door. As they opened it she got spooked (The college girls were dressed up as Minnie and Dorothy but it scared her just the same). Needless to say our little girl had had enough and we headed back over to Mel and Geary's for chili and for G to enjoy some of her treats! It was a very fun night with our sweet girl and sweet friends! Watching the game!Some of the treats I made for our party! Our little bumblebee!
