As most of you know or have experienced with us the Ice Storm of 2011!:) We got "snow/ice/slush" on Monday and Macon was pretty much shut down! No school for several days and the bank was closed. That morning G woke up to white everywhere and she was so excited! We tried to tell her that it was not fun snow but she didn't care. She was ready to get out and try to play in it. We all ate breakfast and then went out for a little while. We had to go on out because daddy had some calls and work to do later in the morning so we were the early birds that were out. G wanted so badly to make a snowman but soon realized that slushy mush didn't work so well. I will give it to daddy that he tried to do a little something for her but of course it didn't work out. Daddy took her sledding a few times down our hill in the backyard and then she started to get wet and cold and was over it all~ HA! I only took two pictures because it started to sleet while we were out there and I had to put the camera up. Lillie missed all the fun because she was still sleeping. Later in the day Daddy and G built a fort in her playroom and had a great time playing camp out!:) Here are a couple of pictures!

Now that fort looks like a lot of fun! Your Daddy used to do that when he was a little boy! Don't you just love all the Gingy stories I have about your Daddy!! A bet he does too!!! Love you Pooh Bear!! PS We still have snow if you want some!
