Getting to lick the spatulas once the icing was on!;)

Gracie (with a little of my help) wrote Happy Birthday Jesus on the cake with some icing pens and then they both added sprinkles!

LOTS of sprinkles!;)

Gracie sings on the Extreme Praise team at church. They were singing in the 4:00 Family Christmas Eve service and had to be there at 2:00. Daddy took her so I could get ready and Lillie could get a nap. He was also able to video it for us so we could actually sit and enjoy the service at 4:00. They always have a live nativity and its so neat!

Gracie did a fantastic job singing (sorry no pictures of her actually on stage...I was trying to enjoy and hold a cute two year old;))! I was so proud of her up there! Some of the songs were tough and she did great! I had to hold back tears as I watched her sing worship songs to Jesus! She had the best time! We also light candles at the end of the service and its so moving to see the whole sanctuary filled with candlelight worshiping our Saviors birth!

After the service they have a place set up where you can go and see and pet some of the animals! As you can see above there were two camels! A couple from our Sunday school class and their little boy were Mary, Joseph and Jesus as a boy.

Gracie checking out the sheep!

I don't think she ever pet him but liked looking!;)

Lillie loved the baby sheep! He was a cute little thing!

This was after the service...this was one excited girl for Christmas!

Two sweeties!

Lillie decided to take a seat on a present...it was just her size!;)

Are we done yet with pictures?;)

We came home and enjoyed a delicious meatloaf smoked by daddy on the Green Egg! He did it the night before because we didn't have a lot of time after church! Then it was time to have a "party"!;)

Showing off their cake they made! If you notice....Lillie is holding the baby Jesus from our little people nativity scene! She loved him and the angel and carried them just about everywhere! Of course we had to have it during the party...because it was for Jesus!;)

Singing Happy Birthday!

After supper it was off to look at some Christmas lights. We kind of have a route we take to look at lights and do the same ones year after year! It's a fun tradition. Then we headed back to put out our reindeer food! Lillie took this literally and tried to feed it to our reindeer in the front yard! Love her!!

These two had a fun time!

Finally getting the hang of it!

So proud of herself!;)

Gracie striking a pose before heading inside! Silly girl!

Gracie wrote this a few days before Christmas all by herself...."What a joyful Christmas this will be"

When I opened it up..."and a happy new year Merry Christmas mommy" Love her SO much!!! Before bed on Christmas Eve we always let the girls open one present from us and one from each other. The one from us is always pajamas. This year it was Princess Sophia pj's we got in NYC! They loved them. They also always give each other an ornament for their playroom tree. G got an Angelina ballerina and Lil got an Ariel one. I mark them with the dates so we can always remember when they got them. They will have a bunch to take with them when they grow up and leave home and hopefully have lot of fun memories too!

The girls set out milk, cookies and carrots for Santa and his reindeer and g even wrote a note to cookie our elf! I'm hoping there's a picture on our other camera with all of that! After the girls were snug in their beds Santa stopped by with lots of goodies just waiting to be opened!;)
