Gracie started taking swimming lessons this week! We weren't going to do it but when we took her to the beach a few weeks ago she just LOVED the water and was like a little fish! A spot came open in the class my friend Christy and her Gracie were taking so we joined the class. The first day Gracie had a blast! She was laughing and smiling and thought it was so much fun! Christy's husband Trey came the first day and took some pictures of Gracie in the water! Craig is coming next week (it is a two week class) to see her and take some more pics!
Well, this was day three today and it didn't go as well. The first day was great but the second and third day she cried almost the whole time! I guess she is scared! The teacher began the first day by teaching them to swim "in" the water (that is what she calls it instead of "under" the water) and she loved it but not the second day. Today she taught them to jump off the side of the pool. She DID NOT like that at all which is suprising because she did it with us at the beach (but she did have her floaties on and it wasn't as high off the side.) So, I hope the rest of the week gets better. I will have more pictures and updates to post next week!

One is never sure what is going on in the little heads!!!! Hopefully she will start to have fun again! Maybe she was hoping to be at the beach again!! See you soon!
