Class Birthday Treats!

Today I took cupcakes and snacks to Gracie Leigh's class to celebrate her birthday. Her actual birthday is on Sunday but she won't go to school again until next Monday so we celebrated early. She was SO excited for me to come!! She has been looking forward to it since last week!:) She helped me make her cupcakes yesterday afternoon. She helped put on the sprinkles and picked the princess cookies she wanted on each one. Her teacher said when she got to school today she was so excited to wear her birthday crown and didn't take it off all morning! Her class sang "happy birthday" to her and she got to blow out a candle. They enjoyed their snacks and then I was able to stay while she played in the activity center and her teacher read them a book (The Grouchy Ladybug) at circle time. She even had a ladybug they had found on the playground and she showed the kids which they loved. Gracie had alot of fun and continued to wear her crown once we got home!:) Gracie's little birthday sign on the outside of her classroom door!
