3K Graduation!

Gracie had her 3K Graduation yesterday morning! It was a Hoedown theme! All the kids were asked to come dressed as cowboys or cowgirls! They were all so cute! We started off by going to Gracie's classroom and the kids did their calendar time and then sang songs for us! Then Gracie's teacher, Mrs. Kristen, presented them with their certificate for completing 3K! Their teachers had also made us a wonderful scrapbook of the year! It was so neat to see how much they have grown! After that we went to the fellowship hall for a country breakfast and then off to play some games at the playground! Gracie has had so much fun in 3K this year! She had fabulous teachers and a great little group of friends! She is at an age where she is starting to really interact with her friends and has had blast playing with them all! She has learned so much and it has been so fun to watch her grow! She loves playing teacher here at home and I will often find her reading to her "students" or doing the calendar with them! She LOVES to color and calls that her homework! She is begging me to do some teaching pages with her this summer! After our vacation coming up I hope to sit down with her everyday for a little while and work on some skills to get her ready for 4K!
