The Cherry Blossom Festival lasts for a week here! During the week we went downtown one day to ride a carriage ride and picnic and then went to Chick-fil-la for pink ice cream! The second weekend it was here we met our friends the Stapletons on Sat. morning to let the girls ride the rides! Amy has two girls, Cailyn who is Gracie's age and Zoe who is a year behind them! The girls love each other and have so much fun together! We made it down early on Sat. because if you went between a certain time you got to ride all the rides for free! We took advantage of that and had a fun morning! Here are some pictures from our day!

I promise Lillie was there too! I just had my hands full with both girls! Lillie did ride the carousal and tea cups! She loved them both! She squealed and giggle and it was the cutest thing! I didn't get any pictures because I was riding and holding on to her so couldn't do both! She had to sit in her stroller the rest of the time though because she was just too small to ride any other rides! She was great though and enjoyed being out there!

I had to take one for the team and get on the tea cups!:) If you know me, I get motion sickness but Amy does too and just didn't think she could ride it. They had to have an adult ride I guess because they weren't big enough so I did! Lillie saw me get on and was NOT going to be left out so after this picture was taken we got her on too! The lady running it was very sweet and let her ride and told me to hold the middle circle and it wouldn't spin. So, guess what this mommy did? Yep, held it and the girls didn't even notice! Lil loved it too and insisted on sitting beside me and laughed and laughed!
