Gracie has been wanting to "sew" for awhile now and wants to take a sewing class. They offered them at JoAnn's this summer but it just didn't work out for us with daddy in class. (The classes were usually on Sat.) So, I found this cute little kit one day while I was out and surprised Gracie with it! She loved it and did great! Here are a few pictures of my girl "sewing"!:)

While I was setting up she drew a picture of her materials...the needle and thread are on the left, the middle is the fabric not yet sewn together and the far right is of the strawberry completed! She is so smart...:)
My girl hard at work! The needle was larger and it was a thicker thread/yarn type material which helped! She did most of it herself. She just needed me to help hold it a few times and close it up after the stuffing was in there!
Her finished strawberry! She was so proud! I hot glued the pearls on for her but she told me where to place them!:)
It came with a smaller pattern too so she made one for sissy the next day!
Sissy was SO proud of hers too! It was cute!
