Christmas Program

I finally finished our NYC pictures but that put me behind for Christmas pictures. I'm going to back up to when we got back from NYC. We got back on a Wed. night and hit the ground running. Gracie had several practices for her Extreme Praise at church. They were singing in church with the adult choir for the Christmas Program on that Sunday the 16th. Both sets of grandparents were coming down for the occasion and we were also go to celebrate Craig graduating with his Masters. I was going to have everyone over after church for lunch and then we were going to give Craig his big graduation present from all of us...a Green Egg!! I was so excited because he had no idea we were doing this (and I have a hard time pulling off surprises-ha). Well, Craig got sick in NYC and was pretty bad off with an infection and the crud and still wasn't feeling good Sat. So, we had to change up plans. Instead of everyone coming to our house he wanted to go out to eat. Well, that through my plans off for giving him the egg. After talking with the grandparents they were ok with me giving it to him early. He was shocked, surprised and excited!! He had no idea. I Wish I had gotten it on video. G and I had gone to the store and when we got back we rolled it out (not far from its hiding spot because its Heavy!! Our friend Andy had come over that Thursday to help me unload it and hide it and that was a job!;)). We told him we needed help unloading from the store. He came out and G yelled surprise!;) It was cute and he was excited!;)

So, Sunday we met the grandparents at church to watch G sing. I was one proud mommy in there! This was her very first time up there and she did great!! She new all the words and hand motions. Then it was off to lunch! It was a great day as a family! Here are a few pictures!
